My commitment to you as your Realtor and Accredited Buyer’s Representative is to be loyal to you by taking no action that is adverse or detrimental to your interest in a transaction; to timely disclose to you any conflicts of interest; to advise you to seek expert advice on matters relating to the transaction that are beyond my expertise; not to disclose any confidential information from or about you even after termination of the agency relationship; and to make a good faith and continuous effort to find a property for you.

If at any time you are not satisfied with the level of service I am providing you, I will be glad to sit down with you and reevaluate your goals and expectations. If you are still unhappy with my service, I will be happy to discontinue our agency relationship upon written notice from you.
